Last updated: March 1, 2026All new members are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you join Trade For Freedom and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at support@tradeforfreedom.com within 7 calendar days of your first payment with your account email and a brief note.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only. Members who have previously received a refund are not eligible for another refund on a new subscription.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment. Requests submitted after this window will not be approved.
Members who have violated our Terms of Service — including unauthorized sharing of signals or community content — are not eligible for a refund.
After the initial 7-day guarantee period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. When your subscription renews each month, that payment is final.
We recommend cancelling before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
The $39/month founding member rate is available exclusively to the first 30 members. This rate is locked in for as long as your membership remains active.
If a founding member cancels their subscription, their $39/month rate is forfeited. Upon resubscribing, the then-current standard rate ($50/month or higher) will apply.
We are unable to reinstate founding member pricing under any circumstances once a subscription has been cancelled.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@tradeforfreedom.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review and correct any billing errors promptly.
Email support@tradeforfreedom.co with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the date of your payment, and a brief reason for your request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
We understand that life happens. If you have a situation not covered by this policy, reach out to us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to being fair.
